INFORMATIC AND VIDEO

• • MAQ-S system

LCI Textile developed its own application program of control ’MAQ-S’ with inspection report printing, centralization and statistics by customer, supplier, defect typology.

This application program is in 4 units :

• 1. S1, Raw with cartography of indicated defects in Demerit point (DP)
• 2. S2 Final with cartography of indicated defects in Demerit point (DP)
• 3. S3 Final with cartography of indicated and no indicated defects on axle abscissa/ordinate
• 4. S4 simplified final without cartography but with identification and quantification of defects.

• • MAQ-Visio system

LCI Textile developed its own application program of control ’MAQ-Visio’. Our workshops have their video system with a precision zoom which can show, record and take photos during all the inspection of your order on our visit machines. Exported in AVI or BMP data files, we can transfer the photos or videos in real or recorded time.

This service is in 3 units:

• 1. Visio-1 : BMP data files transferred to customer
• 2. Visio-2 : AVI data files transferred to customer
• 3. Visio-3 : Remote connection to the customer to see inspection in real time

OUR EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS

1 platform in France on the main road Le Havre – Marseille.

• • Surface area of 1200 m² with a basic physical laboratory and a stocking zone equivalent (on 2 floors)
• • MAQ-Visio system created by the company in order to answer the request of the customers in term of visualization and storage of the photos of the not corresponding products.
• • A team of specialized and regularly trained inspectors in textile products (fabric, clothes, accessories).

1 platform in Maroc located in Temara on the main road Tanger-Casablanca

• • surface area of 800 m² with a physical laboratory and a stocking zone (600 m² in two floors)
• • MAQ-Visio system, the same as in France
